This one is really quick, tasty and probably nutritious.
In a pot, put:
1 large can of small tomatoes with liquid
3 slices of bread, cut up into small squares
1 cup of macaroni
2 tablespoons of pre-cooked rice
1 heaping tablespoon of brown sugar
2 tablespoons of butter
1/2 cup of finely chopped onion
pepper to taste
simmer until the rice and macaroni are quite soft.
