RAISIN BREAD IN CANS

Mix #1:
1 cup warm water
2 tbsp. Fermipan yeast
1 tsp. ginger or curry
2 tbsp. honey
mix well

Mix #2:
750 ml warm milk
4 tbsp. honey
2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. Canola oil
mix well

Add Mix #1 to Mix #2 and mix well.
Add 4 cups white and 4 cups whole wheat flour.
Add 1 cup raisins.
Mix well

Pour into 4 large juice (48 ounce) size, let rise, bake 45 min. @ 350F.
