Tuna Casserole (serves 2)

Preheat oven to 425F

Mix together:

1 small can (170gm, 7 ounce) Tuna
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 can peas, pre-cooked
1 tablespoon chopped green pepper
1 can cream of celery soup (10 oz)

mix well and bake in a 1-quart casserole for 20 - 25 minutes at 425F
