Tuna Salad (thanks to Don Crowder for this one)

- can of tuna (Chunk light in spring water is best)
- a potato (or a couple of small ones)
- mayonaise or salad dressing
- sweet pickle relish
- some hard-boiled, chopped egg-white is nice

- squeeze the juice out of the tuna
- use a fork to flake the tuna into a bowl
- Grate up the cold boiled potato in the bowl
- Add some sweet pickle relish
- add a half a cup of mayonaise or salad dressing
- Mix it up well

If you want to be "traditional" then use three large boiled eggs in place of the potato, and some folks like to add chopped or grated onion, celery, and/or apples; celery is nice.
