PASTA WITH VEGGIES:

In a large pan with salted water, cook BROCCOLI, CAULIFLOWER and CARROT until just tender.
Drain well.
In a smaller pan, heat ½ cup MILK with 125 grams of CREAM CHEESE, and 25 ml DIJON MUSTARD.
In another pan, cook 171 gm FUSILLI (pasta). Chop cooked HAM, and mix the veggies, ham, and sauce.

Serve.
