500 grams ground meat
2 tbsp. canola oil
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cups rotini noodles (2 cups before cooking)
1 tub (470 gm) Feta cheese
1 tsp. oregano
1 can (796 ml) tomato pieces
1 tsp. basil
1 cup Mozarella cheese, chopped
5 eggs, beaten
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Brown the meat in the oil, with onion, add tomato, oregano, basil.
Cook the noodles and drain water off.
Mix Parmesan cheese, Feta cheese and egg.
Put half the meat mixture in a casserole, add half the cheese mix, then half the noodles.
Repeat the 3 layers. Sprinkle Mozarella over top.
Cover and bake 35 minutes at 350F or 180C.
