PASTA, CHEESE AND MEAT:

500 grams ground meat
2 tbsp. canola oil
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cups rotini noodles
1 tub (470 gm) Feta cheese
2 tsp. oregano
1 can (796 ml) tomato pieces
1 tsp. basil
1 cup Mozarella cheese, chopped
3 eggwhites, beaten
½ cup grated Parmasan cheese
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
Brown the meat in the oil, with onion, add tomato, organo, basil.
Cook the noodles and drain water off.
Mix Parmasan, Mozarella, & Feta cheeses.
Put half the meat mixture in a casserole, add half the cheese mix, then half the noodles.
Repeat the 3 layers. Sprinkle parsley over top.
Cover and bake 35 minutes at 350F or 180F.
